By visiting our website, booking an appointment, opting into communications, or receiving services from Drip and Fit Wellness, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, clients, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use our services.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Section 1 – Services Provided

Drip and Fit Wellness provides intravenous (IV) hydration and wellness services designed to support hydration, nutrient replenishment, and general wellness. Services may include IV hydration therapy, vitamin and nutrient infusions, wellness drips, customized IV formulations, mobile IV therapy, and group or event-based services. All services are administered by licensed medical professionals under the supervision of a licensed medical provider or medical director.

Section 2 – Eligibility & Age Requirements

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Minors may receive services only with written parental or legal guardian consent, and the parent or guardian must be physically present during treatment. Our services are not intended for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have certain medical conditions, or are otherwise contraindicated for IV therapy unless cleared by a licensed medical professional. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if IV therapy is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Section 3 – Medical Disclaimer

Drip and Fit Wellness provides IV hydration and wellness services and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. IV therapy is a wellness service and is not a substitute for primary care, urgent care, or emergency medical treatment. If you are experiencing severe symptoms, chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, or any medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Results vary by individual and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Section 4 – Client Responsibilities & Consent to Treatment

By receiving services, you confirm that you have completed all required medical intake forms truthfully and accurately, disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications, and allergies, and provided informed consent to receive IV therapy. Failure to disclose accurate information may increase health risks and releases Drip and Fit Wellness from liability related to undisclosed conditions.

Section 5 – Assumption of Risk

You understand that IV therapy involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, infection, dizziness, vein irritation, discomfort, or allergic reactions. By receiving services, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with IV therapy.

Section 6 – Mobile IV Services & Service Environment

For mobile IV services, you agree to provide a safe, clean, and well-lit environment with unobstructed access for medical staff. Pets must be secured, and accurate location details must be provided. Drip and Fit Wellness is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable environments.

Section 7 – Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments are scheduled in advance through our website, phone, text, or approved booking platforms. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the timeframe specified at booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. If our medical provider arrives and the client cancels, refuses treatment, is unavailable, or is deemed medically ineligible, the appointment will be considered a completed visit.

Section 8 – Payment, Pricing & Refunds

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of booking or service unless otherwise stated. A valid payment method may be required to secure appointments. All services are final sale and non-refundable, including missed appointments, late cancellations, dissatisfaction with results, or services declined after provider arrival. Packages, memberships, and event services are non-transferable and may be subject to additional terms disclosed at purchase.

Section 9 – HSA / FSA Payments

Clients are solely responsible for determining eligibility for HSA or FSA reimbursement. Drip and Fit Wellness does not guarantee reimbursement or tax eligibility.

Section 10 – Accuracy of Information

Information on this website is provided for general educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or current. Reliance on any information provided by Drip and Fit Wellness is solely at your own risk.

Section 11 – Third-Party Links & Tools

Drip and Fit Wellness shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, illness, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these Terms.
