Membership Policy

The Drip & Fit Wellness Membership Program is designed to provide clients with convenient access to professional mobile IV infusion and IM injection wellness services while rewarding consistency in preventative wellness care.

Memberships operate on a recurring monthly auto-pay basis and allow members to accumulate account credits over time. These funds remain available within the member account and may be applied toward eligible Drip & Fit Wellness services.

Memberships are intended solely for the enrolled member and are non-transferable.

MEMBERSHIP TIERS

CORE MEMBERSHIP — $110/month

Members receive:

  • $110 monthly account credit

  • 10% discount on all IV infusions and IM injections

  • Front-of-line scheduling priority

  • Locked-in membership pricing for 12 months

  • Access to exclusive member promotions and partner discounts

PREMIER MEMBERSHIP — $170/month

Members receive:

  • $170 monthly account credit

  • 15% discount on all IV infusions and IM injections

  • Enhanced front-of-line scheduling priority

  • Locked-in membership pricing for 12 months

  • Exclusive member promotions and partner discounts

  • Bi-annual wellness consultation

  • Access to member-only wellness events

ELITE MEMBERSHIP — $250/month

Members receive:

  • $250 monthly account credit

  • 20% discount on all IV infusions and IM injections

  • Highest front-of-line scheduling priority

  • Locked-in membership pricing for 12 months

  • Exclusive member promotions and partner discounts

  • Bi-annual wellness consultation with personalized recovery protocols

  • Access to member-only wellness events

  • Extended-hours access when available

  • Birthday month travel fee waiver

ACCOUNT CREDIT POLICY

  • Monthly membership payments are deposited into the member’s Drip & Fit Wellness account as usable service credits.

  • Unused credits may roll forward and accumulate for future eligible services while the membership remains active and in good standing.

  • Membership credits:

    • Have no cash value

    • Cannot be redeemed for cash

    • Cannot be transferred to another individual

    • Cannot be sold or gifted

  • Credits may only be used toward eligible Drip & Fit Wellness IV infusion and IM injection services.

  • If a membership is canceled, any accrued credits remain available for use according to Drip & Fit Wellness policies but are not refundable.

MEMBERSHIP BILLING & AUTO-PAY

  • All memberships require an active automatic monthly payment method on file.

  • Membership fees are automatically billed every month on the member’s designated billing date.

  • If a payment attempt fails:

    • Membership benefits are temporarily paused

    • Drip & Fit Wellness will retry the payment after two (2) days

    • Up to three (3) payment attempts may be made

  • Accounts remaining unpaid after seven (7) days or after three failed payment attempts may be canceled at the discretion of Drip & Fit Wellness.

  • Members are responsible for maintaining updated payment information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Memberships are month-to-month and may be canceled at any time with at least seven (7) days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation requests submitted less than seven (7) days before the renewal date may result in one final recurring charge.

  • Membership fees already processed are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation stops future recurring billing only and does not entitle the member to reimbursement for prior payments.

  • Accrued account credits remain available for eligible services according to company policy.

MEMBERSHIP PAUSE POLICY

  • Memberships may be paused for a maximum of one (1) month.

  • Pause requests must be approved by Drip & Fit Wellness management.

  • Membership benefits and discounts are suspended during the pause period.

  • Memberships paused beyond one month may be canceled.

MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • All new clients must complete a Good Faith Medical Evaluation prior to receiving treatment.

  • Returning clients are required to complete an updated medical evaluation every twelve (12) months.

  • All services are subject to medical review and approval by the supervising medical provider.

  • Drip & Fit Wellness reserves the right to deny or discontinue treatment when medically appropriate or necessary for client safety.

  • Members must provide accurate and complete medical history information prior to treatment.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Clients must be at least eighteen (18) years old to independently consent to treatment.

  • Minor clients require:

    • Parent or legal guardian consent

    • Presence of a parent or guardian when required by provider discretion

  • Additional medical clearance may be required for minors prior to treatment.

PREGNANCY POLICY

Pregnant clients may receive services only when medically appropriate and approved by the supervising medical provider. Additional medical documentation or provider clearance may be required prior to treatment.

MOBILE SERVICE & TRAVEL POLICY

  • Drip & Fit Wellness provides mobile wellness services throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.

  • Standard service pricing includes travel within a twenty (20) minute radius of the normal service area.

  • Appointments outside the included service radius may incur additional travel fees charged per mile.

  • Additional fees, after-hours charges, or specialty scheduling fees may apply depending on appointment location and timing.

APPOINTMENT & SCHEDULING POLICY

  • Membership priority scheduling provides members with preferred access to available appointment times.

  • Priority scheduling does not guarantee same-day availability.

  • Appointment times remain subject to provider availability, weather conditions, medical appropriateness, and operational limitations.

  • Members are encouraged to schedule in advance whenever possible.

TREATMENT GUARANTEE

General Guarantee

If Drip & Fit Wellness is unable to successfully administer your IV infusion, you will not be charged for the IV infusion itself. Clients will only be responsible for applicable travel fees and supplies used during the appointment.

To qualify for this guarantee:

  • Clients must follow all hydration recommendations provided by Drip & Fit Wellness

  • Clients must complete the full IV protocol as advised within seven (7) to ten (10) days following the second IV attempt when medically appropriate

This guarantee applies only to eligible IV administration circumstances as determined by Drip & Fit Wellness medical staff.

REFUND POLICY

  • All membership payments are non-refundable.

  • Services rendered are non-refundable.

  • Unused account credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Missed appointments

    • Membership cancellations

    • Failure to schedule services

    • Medical ineligibility determined after evaluation

LIMITATION OF SERVICES

  • Memberships provide access to wellness services and discounts only.

  • Membership enrollment does not guarantee treatment eligibility.

  • All treatments remain subject to medical evaluation and provider approval at each appointment.

  • Drip & Fit Wellness does not guarantee specific medical outcomes, symptom improvement, athletic performance enhancement, or wellness results.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Drip & Fit Wellness does not provide emergency medical care.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, chest pain, severe allergic reaction, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, or other urgent medical concerns, call 911 or seek emergency medical treatment immediately.

INSURANCE DISCLAIMER

Drip & Fit Wellness services are private-pay wellness services. Drip & Fit Wellness does not bill insurance providers for membership fees or wellness services unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients are solely responsible for all charges incurred.

MEMBERSHIP MODIFICATIONS

Drip & Fit Wellness reserves the right to:

  • Modify membership benefits

  • Adjust pricing

  • Update policies

  • Change operational procedures

Reasonable notice will be provided for material membership changes when applicable.

Locked-in pricing applies only during the applicable twelve (12) month pricing period.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY

Memberships, discounts, benefits, and accrued credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.

Unauthorized sharing or misuse may result in immediate membership termination.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By enrolling in a Drip & Fit Wellness membership, the client acknowledges that they have:

  • Read and understood this Membership Policy & Terms of Service

  • Agreed to all billing, scheduling, and medical policies

  • Authorized recurring automatic payments

  • Understood that all services remain subject to medical approval
