Billing Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Drip & Fit Wellness. This Billing Terms and Conditions document outlines the terms related to payments for mobile IV hydration and wellness services. By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or providing payment information, you agree to the terms stated below.
Accepted Payment Methods
Drip & Fit Wellness accepts the following forms of payment:

Mastercard
American Express
Discover
Apple Pay
Cash
All payments must be made in full at the time of service or prior to the provider’s arrival for mobile services.
Authorization to Charge
By providing your payment information, you authorize Drip & Fit Wellness to charge the payment method on file for scheduled services, mobile travel fees, after-hours fees, add-on services requested on-site, late cancellations, no-shows, or other charges permitted under our Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy, and posted pricing.
No Charge Until IV Access
Drip & Fit Wellness does not charge clients until IV access is successfully established. If a provider is unable to insert the IV, no service charge will be applied. However, travel fees or applicable convenience fees may still apply if disclosed at booking.
Mobile Service Fees
Mobile IV services may include travel, convenience, after-hours, or location-based fees. These fees are disclosed at booking and become non-refundable once a provider has been dispatched or travel has begun.
Currency
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Taxes
Drip & Fit Wellness provides medical and wellness services that are generally exempt from sales tax under applicable laws. As such, sales tax is not charged on IV therapy or medical services.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment processors. Drip & Fit Wellness does not store or retain full credit card numbers or sensitive payment information on its servers.
Appointment Processing and Provider Dispatch
Appointments are confirmed only after full payment information is received, either electronically or via cash availability. Once a mobile provider has successfully established IV access, the appointment is considered in progress.
A confirmation email or text message will be sent upon successful booking. Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate contact information is provided at the time of booking.
Refunds and Non-Refundable Payments
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments for mobile IV services, travel fees, deposits, packages, memberships, and add-on services are non-refundable once a provider has successfully established IV access.
Completed services are not eligible for refunds due to dissatisfaction with results, as individual outcomes may vary.
Payment Issues and Declines
If a payment cannot be processed, is declined, or is later reversed, the client is responsible for providing an alternative payment method immediately. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in appointment cancellation and suspension of future services.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Drip & Fit Wellness directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services. Drip & Fit Wellness reserves the right to submit documentation to payment processors to contest disputed charges.
Pricing Errors
In the event of a pricing, system, or clerical error, Drip & Fit Wellness reserves the right to cancel, correct, or adjust charges as necessary.
Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through third-party platforms, booking systems, or installment providers. These providers may impose additional terms, eligibility requirements, or limitations outside of Drip & Fit Wellness’s control.
Changes to This Billing Policy
Drip & Fit Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Billing Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
