Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Drip & Fit Wellness, all services are provided as mobile appointments, requiring advance scheduling, preparation, and travel by our medical staff. Your time and wellness are our top priorities, and in order to provide all clients with the highest quality of service, we kindly ask that you respect the following scheduling policies.

Client Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price.

No-show appointments (failure to be present at the scheduled location and time without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

If our provider arrives and is unable to complete the service due to client unavailability, lack of access, pets not secured, unsafe conditions, or an unsuitable environment, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions (including but not limited to snow, ice, hurricanes, flooding, or hazardous road conditions), Drip & Fit Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments to ensure the safety of both clients and staff.

Weather-related cancellations initiated by Drip & Fit Wellness will not incur a cancellation fee and will be rescheduled or credited.

Medical Emergencies & Unforeseen Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Fee waivers or credits are not guaranteed and are granted at the sole discretion of Drip & Fit Wellness.

Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that Drip & Fit Wellness must cancel an appointment due to provider illness, emergency, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible.

Provider-initiated cancellations will be rescheduled or fully refunded, at the client’s preference.

Agreement to Policy

By booking an appointment through Vagaro, Squarespace, or any affiliated booking platform, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy at the time of booking.

This policy ensures we can continue to offer timely and effective care to all of our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
